Welcome to our curious Wonderland �where you will find a curious collection of bespoke painted furniture, quirky gifts and soft furnishings, including our ever popular 'Alice In Wonderland' collection. Founded in 2011 by Karen and Frank we aim to bring you an imaginative and creative twist to the World of Painted Furniture. C&C are located in the beautiful region of North Yorkshire but will happily ship pieces to Wonderland and Beyond.

I thought I’d have a go at being a bit organised and this is the result 😂. All my favourite themes!
✨ Introducing The Midnight Collection ✨
A few weeks ago these were nothing more than plain wooden pieces waiting patiently in the workshop.
Then came the midnight blue paint... followed by many hours of designing, decoupage, gilding, waxing and finishing.
Slowly, a collection began to emerge... ravens, woodland creatures, poison gardens, Wonderland (of course!) and curious little treasures, all brought together by deep midnight blues and touches of gold.
I always find it a little bit magical looking back at where a piece started and seeing where the journey ended.
Over the next few days I'll be sharing each piece individually and they’ll be available to buy but I thought I'd start by showing you the transformation from beginning to end.

This whimsical Alice-inspired chest of drawers has been patiently waiting for its forever home, surrounded by butterflies, wildflowers and all things wonderfully curious.
I honestly thought it would have been snapped up by now, so I've decided to give it a little price reduction.

It's one of those pieces that seems to reveal new little details every time you look at it, and would make such a beautiful statement piece in a bedroom, nursery or reading corner.
