To all customers currently booked in throughout the remainder of 2026,
Due to unforeseen and deeply upsetting personal family circumstances involving serious illness, there may unfortunately need to be some slight adjustments to my work diary over the coming weeks and months. This could mean some dates/work may need to be rearranged or delayed slightly.
At the moment, all schedules and bookings are still going ahead as planned. However, due to the nature of the situation, this could unfortunately change at any given time. If any adjustments are needed, I will personally contact affected customers in advance wherever possible.
I completely understand how important your bookings are and I want to reassure everyone that I have intentionally kept some availability towards the end of the year to accommodate any changes and ensure all work is still completed.
For this reason, I will also not be taking on any new bookings or customers for the time being while things remain uncertain.
Thank you to everyone for your patience, understanding and kindness during what is proving to be a very difficult time for our family.
