Our brick pattern boards are often a best seller at markets, generally end grain which offers strength and durability... End grain is always better for chopping uses, wood fibres standing vertically are gentle of knives keeping them sharper for longer!

We are often asked "can you put hot casserole dishes straight onto your boards?"
The answer is absolutely yes!
Our boards are all made with quality hardwood, so can withstand heat from dishes straight from the oven... I keep a board in the middle of our family table for exactly this reason!
