Here we have sunshine in a bottle ☀️
This is my homemade sparkling dandelion beer. Tradition says that dandelions should be picked in the morning on St George’s Day….. and so they were.

Jamie Oliver’s recipe for last night’s tea needed 100ml of rosé so I had to open my homemade 2023 Apple, Grape & Blackcurrant country wine.
Basically it was a wine made to use up fruit from my freezer. 🍏🍇🫐
It’s a gorgeous colour with a lovely bouquet and long legs 😂

Google lens tells me it’s a Tree Peony.
It’s stunning and pretty big!


I’m overjoyed with these flowers from that were supplied by I love ranunculus just as much as peonies and these helle...

I’m overjoyed with these flowers from that were supplied by I love ranunculus just as much as peonies and these hellebores are fabulous. It was lovely to meet Liz the florist too. Do call in to visit Anna for coffee and cake and shop local! There’s loads to look at including my hand made creations using my sheep fleece 🐑

Can't wait to give them a refresh and get them ready for summer planting after doing such a great job over winter.
I used my sheep’s wool to ‘weave’ the liner and it's still going strong.
