The Yarn & Wood Workshop The Yarn & Wood Workshop is a small family set up making handmade crafts from chopping boards to crocheted mice, hand-bound notebooks to wooden reindeer.

We're a family who loves to make things. It's what we do, and we love it. There's Steve - a woodwork Technician at The Ramsey Academy in Halstead. We then have Nicky - a textile technician & keen crocheter; making mice & bumble bees, to baby blankets & felt woodland animals. Jake is a self employed Carpenter (J. Hudson Carpentry & Joinery). With a love for timber and the outdoors, you'll most like

ly find him in his workshop making something! And then we have Heather, who spends her time buying & selling antique furniture, as well as trying her hand at making crafty things such as notebooks & cards. In our spare time, we love to make a whole variety of things, and this year we decided to have a stall at a Christmas Market. It was a huge hit. We loved the whole day and it was an amazing to hear all the lovely comments people were making about our handmade pieces. We'll be posting our favourite makes on this page (which will all be available to purchase!).
