This is an early 20th-century Moroccan Fez pottery Jobbana jar. Standing at approximately 23cm.
Historically, these vessels were primarily used for storing dairy products like butter and soft cheese, or for churning milk.

We have a collection of these beautiful Japanese wooden Kokeshi dolls.
The tallest standing at 49cm, and the smallest at 34cm
Kokeshi dolls originated in the Tōhoku region of northern Japan during the late Edo period (around the early 19th century)

What a beautiful sunny winters day it is here
I thought id use the glorious day as a backdrop for this Witches ball that I pick up earlier today.
Dating from the late Victorian period, these balls were made from a very thin mercury glass, and designed to hang from the ceiling in an attempt to ward off evil spirits, who could not bear to see thier own image.
Unfortunately, you will have to put up with my image, though.
