Can we please remind you that getting your stove serviced is as important as using good quality logs & fuel.
Check your door & glass rope seals.
Also the fire bricks, cracked and missing one must be replaced.

If you notice smoke stains above your fire or stove stop using it at once and get it checked. It could be a blocked chimney or bad operation of the stove
