Topping up my most popular prints ready for my last art fair of August. Lots of greens and blues. πŸ’šπŸ’™
I'll be in Pateley Bridge & Bewerley Memorial Hall on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th August, 11am to 4pm. It's part of the Nidd Art Trail and lots of other artists will be exhibiting and selling their art too. Alongside me will be the Nidderdale Stitchers (I'm the group secretary).

I had such an enjoyable time doing this last year, I'm looking forward to it again!
The Nidd Art Trail happens during the last 2 weeks of August, with lots of venues and artists to visit. Have a look at the website for details (niddarttrail).
Also on this weekend is another exhibition by some members of Pateley Bridge art club taking place in Broadbelt Hall, Glasshouses (Saturday to Monday). Plus Summerbridge Methodist Church is hosting several artists including my friend Rosie Wilson from Friday to Monday.
What a fabulous, creative place. I feel very lucky to be part of it all! 😊

Another weekend, another lovely fair! This time I'm at Pateley Makers Yard - King Street Workshops Open Studios and Artisan Market, as part of the wonderful Nidd Art Trail Lots of talented artists and crafts people. We're here until 8pm this evening, then tomorrow (Saturday) from 10am to 6pm. The Maker's Yard is well worth a visit.

Plus, our Art Club has a truly wonderful exhibition in Broadbelt Hall, Glasshouses Sat/Sun/Mon 10am to 5pm. I dropped a few of my pictures off this morning and believe me, with so many talented members, the exhibition is going to be stunning! And they have delicious homemade cakes. πŸ˜‹

Well what an enjoyable and inspiring weekend I had taking part in the Open Studios and Art Market with Bravo Studio Artists as part of Knaresborough's FEVA festival.
A big thank you to the resident artists who made me feel so welcome as an invited artist, including Frankie, Andrea and ZoΓ«.

It was such a privilege to spend the weekend in the company of many talented artists in lots of different media. Thanks especially to my market neighbours Ali Hollingsworth and Charlotte Willoughby-Paul. It was a pleasure getting to know you both and your joyful artwork...not to mention picking up some great tips on getting your creativity flowing!

Thank you to my lovely (and equally arty) friends who visited and made purchases Janine, Rosie and Helena. πŸ€—

Next up... Pateley Makers Yard - King Street Workshops on Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd plus I'll have some pieces in the exhibition by Pateley Bridge Art Club in Broadbelt Hall, Glasshouses from Saturday 22nd to Monday 24th.
Then on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th, the bank holiday weekend, I'm in Pateley Bridge & Bewerley Memorial Hall as part of the Nidd Art Trail!

Nearly ready for a weekend Bravo Studio Artists just outside Knaresborough (beside St James Retail Park). I'll have framed pictures, prints, cards, decorations, bookmarks and more.

2 minutes of printing speeded up into 30 seconds.
I'm making wooden decorations, using a simple flower stamp I carved from an eraser. I fill the flower centres using the rubber at the end of a pencil. Ink pads are Versacraft which print so well on raw wood. No bleeding or smudging. 🌸🌼🌸🌼
Affordable art to brighten your home. πŸ’™

These decorations, along with lots of bookmarks, cards, prints, watercolours and more will be at my stall at in Knaresborough this weekend.
I'll be with lots of artists at the amazing on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th from 10am to 4pm at Hexagon House, Grimbald Crag Close (bear the St James Retail Park just out of the town centre). Free entry.

Come and say hello! πŸ‘‹
