Arrived today to Cabinet 84 27 West Park Antiques and Home Interiors French Art Nouveau Pewter & Glass Decanter with Matching Tray, circa 1900–1910
A fine and decorative French Art Nouveau wine service set, comprising a clear glass decanter with applied pewter mounts and a matching tray. Both pieces are richly decorated with grapevine and leaf motifs, a classic design theme of the Art Nouveau movement.
The pewter is stamped Étain with model numbers, confirming authenticity. The decanter features applied pewter decoration to the body and neck, while the shaped tray is inset with glass and finished with complementary grape and leaf details.
A striking and well-preserved example of French Art Nouveau tableware, ideal for collectors of period pewter, wine accessories, or decorative arts.
