🎃 Meet Criselle… the newest member of the Crafting Connections team! 👻

With Halloween approaching, we decided we needed an extra pair of hands around the shop.

There was just one slight problem…

Criselle arrived for her first day without a stitch to wear! 😂

Clearly she needed a little help choosing something suitable for her new role, so the Crafting Connections team got to work.

After plenty of dressing, draping, decorating and a little creative discussion, Criselle was transformed into our fabulous new Halloween helper — dressed in all sorts of crafty goodies from around the shop. 🧶🕸️🎃

And now she’s suitably dressed, we’ve put her straight to work!

Criselle has been given a VERY important position just inside the shop, in front of the window, looking out onto the streets of St Leonards-on-Sea. 👀

Her duties include:

🎃 Welcoming customers
👻 Spreading a little Halloween cheer
🧶 Showing off some of our crafty goodies
🕸️ Inspiring a bit of Halloween creativity
👋 Catching the attention of passers-by
🛍️ And, most importantly, tempting lots of lovely new customers through the door!

We’ve told her to look friendly and inviting.

Criselle appears to have interpreted that as “stare intensely at everyone who walks past until they come inside.” 😂

Still, whatever works…

So next time you’re passing Crafting Connections, look out for Criselle, give her a wave and pop in to say hello.

Just don’t be surprised if she’s still staring at you when you leave… 👀👻

Welcome to the team, Criselle! 🖤🧡
