Ever wanted to make your own lampshade? Can't find one that fits your decor or style? Then this workshop is for you!

Learn how to use a simple lampshade making kit with your own fabric. All details are on the website, workshop is on the 22nd September 7-9pm.

🧹 WE’RE RECRUITING – CENTRE CLEANER 🧹

We’re helping our contracted cleaning provider, Always Responsive Commercial Cleaning, recruit a new Centre Cleaner to work here at Riverside Shopping Centre, Haverfordwest.

The successful applicant will be employed by Always Responsive and will become a familiar part of the team here at Riverside, helping us keep the centre clean, tidy and welcoming for our tenants, visitors and wider community.

📍 Riverside Shopping Centre, Haverfordwest
⏰ Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 10:00am
🕙 10 hours per week (Min)
💷 £12.71 per hour
📄 Permanent, part-time position

Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but not essential.

We’re looking for someone reliable, friendly and with a good eye for detail who will take pride in helping us maintain the standards we expect across the centre.

All applications and employment arrangements are being managed directly by our contracted cleaning provider, Always Responsive Commercial Cleaning.

Morning All - Chris here!

One of the best parts of my role at Riverside Shopping Centre is getting out and about and catching up with our tenants. I speak to many of them almost every day, but one person I don’t get to see quite as often is Barry John MBE from The VC Gallery.

I recently managed to catch up with Barry and have a proper chat about some of the projects he and the team are working on. There is always so much going on behind the scenes, and it was great to hear about some of the exciting things happening at The VC Gallery here at Riverside.

For anyone who hasn’t visited before, I’d really encourage you to pop in, say hello and find out more about what they do. The Gallery is about far more than art, with some fantastic work taking place supporting veterans and the wider community through a whole range of projects and activities.

And if you don’t know Barry or the story behind the man behind The VC Gallery, he’s certainly worth getting to know!
