What separate’s Vaughans from its competition is its highest levels of customer service and supply. In a recent study by the independent Friedman Group, Vaughans was ranked amongst the highest in the UK, and indeed was 2nd in the UK for the Shop national standards. Our commitment to quality service has enabled Vaughans to grow to being in the top 10 of Panasonic dealers in the UK. Our top ranking reflects the commitment that is shared by all staff throughout the Company. Vaughans is already associated with the brand leaders in electrical technologies and Vaughans are the only approved independent suppliers of Panasonic goods in the county of Pembrokeshire. Our recently opened Home Appliance Showroom in Quay Street Haverfordwest has allowed us to find space to now fully demonstrate the full range of Bose products and our fully qualified Bose custom home installation engineers have fitted many complete in home entertainment systems. We are also now able to demonstrate the Samsung Range of Slimline Lcd and Plasma tvs
