The Ragúnator
While every Bolognese is a Ragù, not every Ragù is a Bolognese. Luckily, The Ragúnator isn't too concerned with the distinction. Adam takes leftover Ragù and gives it a new home atop pizza, layering it with mozzarella before baking it in the Gozney Dome Gen 2. Finished with creamy Stracciatella, Parmigianino and a generous scattering of fresh basil, it's a clever reinvention of a family favourite.
