What people wanted was outdoor kitchens that suited the British outdoors. The Grillo Forge was born, its clean, natural lines complement any property. Grillo Vantage followed soon after and is a true statement that takes its cue from the original Grillo Forge kitchen. The darker colours of the Vantage gives it a sleeker more contemporary feel, but both kitchens blend into almost every environment

from a central London roof terrace to a rural Grade II-listed barn conversion. Grillo Outdoor Kitchens are based in Cambridge, England, we design and manufacture our kitchens in the UK.

The Ragúnator

While every Bolognese is a Ragù, not every Ragù is a Bolognese. Luckily, The Ragúnator isn't too concerned with the distinction. Adam takes leftover Ragù and gives it a new home atop pizza, layering it with mozzarella before baking it in the Gozney Dome Gen 2. Finished with creamy Stracciatella, Parmigianino and a generous scattering of fresh basil, it's a clever reinvention of a family favourite.

This outdoor kitchen in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire is a huge u-shape kitchen with an island in the middle consisting of four Bar Table and Stool Cabinets. Amongst the many features of this kitchen configuration, the Bull Gas Grill is the engine that powers it all from the center of the U-shape, the Gozney Pizza oven in the corner and The Big Green Egg provide versatile alternative cooking options. There is ample storage and worktop space, perfect for hosting large parties and making full meals out in this wonderful garden space.

Set within a beautifully renovated Victorian home in Wandsworth, this Grillo outdoor kitchen transforms a compact London footprint into a sophisticated open-air living space. Framed by dark composite decking, warm timber screening and soft neutral furnishings, the space balances contemporary architecture with a relaxed, inviting atmosphere.

📍Sheffield

At the heart of this Grillo outdoor kitchen in Sheffield sits the theatrical Chef’s Anvil. Acting as a stand out feature from both the U-shaped kitchen layout and the traditional barbequing methods, it's the perfect spot for guests to watch the open-flame action up close. And later in the evening, the Anvil becomes a draw for roasting marshmallows, fireside chatter, or warming hands.

📍Fife, Scotland

Featured in the Landscape Brothers show garden, this Grillo outdoor kitchen may be compact in footprint, but is rather rich in features. A Tarn Sink, Bull Gas Grill and under-counter storage all brought together to create small and mighty layout - except this one has a bar, too. It's a layout that will work just as well for a Tuesday night dinner as it would for aperitifs at the bar on a sunny Friday evening.

📍London Borough of Barnet

Set beneath a timber pavilion in the London Borough of Barnet, this new Grillo kitchen slots neatly into one end of a bespoke timber frame. This L-shape kitchen layout features bar seating, making the space seem really rather welcoming. Cleverly selected, Grillo’s Vantage range of cabinetry, with its natural Iroko hardwood seam, connects the kitchen design with the structure.

The Grillo Gusto BBQ🔥

The Gusto is our own premium kamado charcoal grill, which we designed to match our kitchens - in colour and in size. Its has a good-sized cooking area of 266 in², and adds some serious presence to your outdoor kitchen.

Originating in Japan, kamado-style cooking has an enclosed design and thick ceramic walls that locks in the smoke and moisture, giving incredibly authentic and flavoursome results.

Red Miso BBQ Spatchcock Chicken by Tom Kerridge

Borrowing inspiration from two recipes – the classic beer-can chicken and a Citra IPA-brined version from Tom's two-Michelin-starred Hand & Flowers pub in Marlow – this bold, savoury-sweet-spicy take is an effortless way to feed a crowd.

"...it’s got the flavour of a light, hoppy beer that works really nicely and permeates in that brining process into the chicken. So it’s a mixture of the two things, and then obviously some miso paste – a very kind of on-trend and super flavoursome ingredient that works so well with the coals." —Tom Kerridge
