We was asked to go back to a house where we fitted the LVT this time last year to fit a new carpet to their landing and stairs.
And we are back in a few weeks to fit new carpet in the 2 bedrooms to replace the laminate floor.

Another failed floor due to poor preparation.
The original smoothing compound has been broken up to expose the laitance that was still present.
We've now taken this off ready for the new smoothing compound tomorrow.
