Happy International Women's Day! 🌼

So proud to have worked with on these flowers for their team to celebrate IWD. They're a great example of female entrepreneurs not afraid to do things differently and take up space 🤘✌️

We included a few stems of Mimosa, which is traditionally given today as a symbol of strength and resilience.

Be our Valentine 💘

Our little shop is full to the brim with lots of lovely stems and bouquets made ready for today. We had such a good time prepping them all yesterday - honestly, it's so much fun playing cupid and creating bouquets when the flower stand is full. The spring stems have our hearts!

We're making posies, single stems and big romantic gestures for someone special, including yourself! 💕

Fresh plants for the weekend? 🌱 Here's a few of our favourites in stock at the moment.

Among them, we have some cute little blue Muscari starting to bloom, Oxalis in bark branch pots, and white Hippeastrum, if you're after a bit more impact.

There's a combination of indoor and outdoor varieties, but all of them can be enjoyed inside to bring in a bit of freshness. They're also available without the pots if you're refreshing your own planters at home 🪴

We were back yesterday for a wreath delivery on a very merry and bright day! 🌟❄️

We made a wild one, with lots of foliage to complement all of the gorgeous greenery they've used to dress the inside. 🌿

We now have wreaths available to pick up in the shop or call us with a preorder 🎄

Keeping it autumnal for a minute or two, with this bridal bouquet in a slight semi-cresent shape 🧡

Bouquet frameworks are a lovely way to elevate your florals and crescent bouquets are back ✨️

To create the shape, we made a Birch and Rosehip armature, with flowers woven in between.

When we're making these sorts of designs, we're aiming to place the strongest stems squarely in the centre, with the more malleable materials around the periphery. In doing so, this draws the eye to the focal flowers in the middle and then flowing out to the wispy, transitional elements that elongate the shape. This is an example in which 'visual balance' and 'actual balance' are synonymous and essential for the overall appearance.

Just a little notice that the shop will be closed on Thursdays throughout November, in order to get ready for Christmas!🎄🎁

Behind the scenes, we'll be working on preparing our usual weddings and events, along with a whole host of festive workshops in the evenings. There's so much to look forward to! 🙌

Last year we had a very warm welcome to Aberduna Farm for their first Christmas wreath workshop 🌿 This year we're so excited to be back for three more dates!

Aberduna is a hidden gem right on our doorstep, tucked away in a rustic barn within the nature reserve at Maeshafn. With a wide selection of Christmas trees and crafts available to buy on site, it makes for an enchanting setting to start the festive season. 🎄

We'll guide you through the steps to make a luxury wreath, supplied with festive drinks and mince pies throughout the evening.
