Kath's Hand Knits I'm Kath Anderson and I have been knitting since 1992 following the birth of my daughter. I was given some wool by a friend and made my baby a cardigan.

I was hooked and have been knitting ever since. I attend markets and craft fayres throughout the year.

Are you enjoying the weekend! Time for a rest or are you busy doing those jobs that need doing? Perhaps take a rest and get those needles out. Hoping to finish the white cardigan this weekend. . . But then again, I've just started another jigsaw!

The weather is beautiful here today again after a few days of rain. Mind you, the garden needed it. Been out this morning and pottering in the garden but will crack on with my knitting tonight

EDIT

I've just worked it out and it's nine rows.

So, my pattern says to work 12 rows. Dec each end of next and following four rows, giving me 35 STS. Given that I had 41 before doing this decrease, that's only eight rows or am I missing something?

It's been lovely and warm here today once again. Got some knitting done but then started a jigsaw. It was fatal! Must concentrate on the knitting tomorrow as I am working towards a market in August and need more items to sell!
