A little update from me 💛

I wanted to share where things have been lately. My brittle asthma has been really tough recently — several ambulance call‑outs and a couple of stays in hospital to get me back on track. It’s meant I’ve had to cancel 12 markets in a row, and it’s been so exhausting.

But through it all, I’ve kept Pink Dianthus Art going, and I’m so proud of that. Right now I’m putting all my energy into getting well and ready for what matters most — being there for you at Sam’s Sunflowers.

And I am so excited to say — I will be there!

I’m so happy to say Pink Dianthus Art will be joining this lovely event right here on Hayling Island! 🌻

Obsessed doesn’t even cover it 🎨✨
Just got my hands on these stunning watercolours from Fuumuui Art and wow — what an absolute dream!

This palette is pure Hayling Island summer: bright beach hut shades and soft ice cream pastels — sunny yellows, candy pinks, sky blues and mint greens that feel just like a day on the seafront! 🩷💛💙

They’re so creamy, blend like magic, and have the most perfect rich pigment… using them to paint my little bee and flower cards has been total joy! These are definitely my new favourite paints to work with 💛

(Just to note: I don’t make these paints myself — I just absolutely love using them for my art!)

Hand-painted heart slate coasters now available! 🖤

These beautiful pieces are handcrafted on natural Welsh slate, each one completely unique. I’ve painted delicate wildflowers including lavender, daisies and Dianthus onto a deep black slate base, finished with subtle gold speckles for a lovely warm detail.

Each coaster comes with little protective paws so it won’t scratch your tables or surfaces. They’re fully sealed to keep the artwork safe — perfect for using every day indoors, or displaying as a sweet little decoration. Each one is an original piece — no two are exactly the same 💛

I’ll be at Sinah Warren from 9am – 1:30pm.

A fresh new look for Pink Dianthus Art 🎨

It’s hard to believe it’s only just over 16 months since Pink Dianthus Art began! What started as a creative passion has grown into something I’m so incredibly proud of.

As my work and vision have evolved, it felt like the right time for my business to grow up a little too. I’m so happy to finally share my brand-new logo and freshly designed business cards – refined, timeless, and perfectly matched to the art I create.

You’ll spot the new design at all my upcoming fairs, starting this week at Sinah Warren and later at the Alpaca Field on Hayling Island. Come say hello and pick up one of the new cards in person!

Thank you so much to everyone who has supported me on this journey so far – here’s to the next chapter.
