I just wanted to make a small point about pricing on cakes! As bakers we have to consider the pricing on ingredients, materials and decorations all before we give ourselves a wage. This breakdown of costs ive put together comes to £101.65, I personally have never charged more than £80 for a cake, I give myself less than minimum wage for the hours I put into cakes!
I certainly don't think I'm expensive at all, and I will always try my best to keep it to the customers budget 💗👏
