My composting mission continued…. 4 months and I’m using my home made compost to fill the raised beds!! 👏🏻👏🏻 I saved some of the worms from the heap and put them back in, and have started the process over again! 🧡 I’d definitely recommend these kits. The last Wedding of the season ( but not the year 👏🏻👏🏻💕) this beautiful Autumnal colour scheme was the perfect end to what has been a fabulous growing season! Can’t wait to see the wedding photos ! 👏🏻🧡💕💐

The second floral tribute of the week was this bright and beautiful arrangement! The brief was to create something with a county feel:- natural with sunflowers 🌻 💕 I used a mixture of foliages, ivy, bracken, teasels, seed heads, dahlias, small sunflowers from the garden and helicrysum. The large sunflowers were not mine. 🌻😘 Again a privilege and honour to help the gentleman’s loved ones say their final goodbyes.

This funeral tribute was for a lovely man who loved fishing. His family asked for a very natural arrangement personalised with a sign from his home. Grasses, bracken and seed heads were foraged from a nearby fishing lake, the flowers and foliage from the garden chosen by his wife 💕. Once finished, the flowers and I headed off on a road trip to Somerset for a special delivery, It’s always an honour being part of someone’s final goodbye. 😘🥹

A month by month guide of the flowers I grew during 2026 to help with wedding planning, and to give you an idea of what I already have in the garden and what colours etc, there’s also lots of lovely new things next year ! 🤩💐!! Obviously the cold weather may delay flowers in early spring and heat waves mean some flowers go over quicker than normal, or struggle in the heat and early frosts in Autumn could end the season earlier than expected but this is a rough guide based on this year and 5 heat waves with no significant frosts so far !! Working with and against the Great British Weather really does keep us growers on our toes … I love it 🥰 🤣😆🙈😱😳🤩
