This pattern is a work in progress - has a lot of tidying up, and ideally, the outer edges will be stitched in gold thread. However, this is a example of how it may look.......

22ct, 30 colours at current point. will have lots of backstitch to add detail.

Working on my Little Owls, I am planning on the whole set of British Owls, but they will take time! These little guys are in the process of having all the colours checked for confetti stitches and making sure the all the colours are necessary and that the symbols are as different as possible.

Takes hours to go through colour by colour, stitch by stich. This is designed on 22ct, with 47 colours at present. I might change the eye colour and make them pop a bit more, maybe add a little back stitch to the eyes and beak, but will see how it goes.

Hope everyone is coping with the constant rain and grey - I wish you all a ray or two of sunshine this week, along with a bit of hobby time!

All sorted!!!

The spam bot has been stopped!😊

It was very frustrating, however, I know these things are created to be a menace, but wow.

The webstore is back up and running, everything is safe and secure as always.

Finished both of there now - the pair are available separately on my Etsy store or as a pair on my webstore.

They are beautiful and elegant, would look great on a hallway or staircase - they are on my list, like many other patterns!!

Steampunk is not my think, but the twist it gives these two works really well. I love the combination of the sharp fox with the elegance of the clothing with a hint of the mechanical blended in for good measure!

The webstore will be open again for orders tomorrow. Sadly, I had to pause all orders, as the store suffered from the unwanted attention of a spam ordering “bot”. None were successful, all failed, it just bunged up my order email, the order records etc.

Hopefully, after a short “break”, the irritating little “bot” will have given up. I am looking into a basic means to have the ‘Yes I’m a human’ tick box, but that might take me a few days to sort, as now I work a “proper job” as well as make my own patterns.

Been a while since I have posted - Life has a habit of getting in the way!

It's been a while since I have posted - apologies for that.

I have been busy, sadly not with as many pattern designs as I want, as life has got in the way and I now work, like so many parents these days so. This means that my pride and joy of a business is taking a back seat, as my day job, then my family have to come first.

I am still working on patterns in my spare time and I will find time for commission pieces.

In my ideal world, my little business will provide me enough of an income, that I work because I choose to rather than need to, to feed and clothe my family.

Love to all out these, stitching, crafting, enjoying your hobbies.

Dear All

It with a heavy heart that I have made the decision to get a part-time job. This is because I must put my family first, and make sure they have what they need.

I love making my patterns and hearing your comments and feedback on those patterns, whether you found them on my Etsy store, my webstore or I made you something bespoke and personal.

I will continue making patterns and adding them to my collection, this just means that there will be bigger gaps between additions as my new job will take up much of my time.

I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has bought a pattern, commissioned one, and simply had a browse and maybe shared with friends.

Thank you, I wish you all enough time to stitch and craft, time with family and friends, and health and happiness
