How well insulated is your home?

With throw season upon us it makes sense to choose the right throw for your home.

If you’ve got a house that’s really well insulated and you can walk around in shorts and a t-shirt all winter, go for a soft, textured cotton to give you a cosy feeling without overheating.

If, like me, you’ve got an older home and it’s a bit draughtier and not so well insulated, then go for wool or faux fur to keep extra warm and snug.

It’s the season for glowing homes. No need to wait for Christmas when there are these gorgeous autumnal led lights ready to add instant warmth and cosiness to your home.

It’s trade show time! Come with us to the Autumn Fair and see how we decide what to buy.

As August comes to an end, we’re holding on to the last days of Summer. What have we missed off this list?

Moments to savour.
At this time of year we love the cool and quiet of the morning outside.
Before the heat of the day.
Before work.
When it’s just you, your favourite brew, the birdsong and a moment to breathe.
