Hi everyone, time has certainly flown by! ✈️
1 year has officially passed and I have learnt so much about being a window cleaner.
1 thing I’ve learnt is that this job is much more than just cleaning windows and keeping customers happy with my work. A very big part of the job is being an extremely trustworthy professional, giving customers full confidence that their property will be treated with respect and that any private information about the customer and their property is being kept highly confidential. And so I have made it a priority that I have a dbs certificate every year for your confidence and reassurance ✅

As a traditional window cleaner I work very close to customers windows and therefore have the ability to see into their property, at times I interact with family members, I have access to properties when no one’s home and I’m being trusted with security codes etc without being questioned. and I feel that it’s only right to give my existing and future customers that extra reassurance that I am a trustworthy professional and you can feel safe with providing private information in order for me to carry out my work 😊

I would like to conclude this post with a big thank you to all my clients for continuing to use my services and I look forward to seeing you all very soon!!
