Here at The Medal Centre in Hexham
www.themedalcentre.co.uk we have just completed this weeks update of new stock to our website. This weeks update is a slightly smaller update than normal but contains a good selection of quality single Victorian campaign medals & groups. My favourite items this week are the two clasp Crimea to the 5th Dragoon Guards recipient who was a member of the Heavy Brigade & the Crimea & Indian Mutiny trio to the 13th Light Infantry recipient. However if these are not to your tastes? Then how about the WW1 Distinguished Conduct Medal (DCM) to the 4/5th Black Watch recipient from Dundee which has a truly superb citation or the trio & memorial plaque to the chap who was listing as one of the missing on the first day of the battle of the Somme 1-7-1916 with the 1/6th battalion of the British West Yorkshire Regiment. As always full details of every item pictured along with price & postal costs can be found on the website www.themedalcentre.co.uk & I can promise that we are already working on next weeks website update which will be a large update with many & varied interesting items across all categories of the website.
