I’m currently deep in storybook cushion making at the moment with 8 to make before Christmas!
If you’re not sure what I mean, it’s a cushion with a pocket so a book can fit in the front.
I love them and think they’re a great idea for choosing a book ready for bedtime. Or if you’re reading a longer book a place to store it.

Today I’ve made a book holder! (Probably needed an iron first 🙊)

This was meant to have a pocket on the front but I just couldn’t get it equal so scrapped that.

Love this as I’m forever putting my book down so now it’ll go in its holder! Will keep the book safe from small hands or being ripped/split on too

I am back!!!

It’s been such a long time since I got my sewing machine out which upsets me a lot.
Unfortunately work, family and life in general has taken over and this has been pushed to the side.

But… with the summer holidays in full flow and that I’ve had an order from a lovely repeating customer it’s got me back in the swing.

Soon I’ll be able to spend more time on this and hopefully make more for you lovely people.

This is me! A 33 year old teacher, mum of a lovely 4 year old boy, lover of Disney and anything sweet.

I am the creator of , established in 2016 after losing my auntie and inheriting her sewing machine.
I taught myself to sew the minimums and have sold products ever since.

Since having my son I have dipped and in some ways lost my way with sewing so I don’t really sell too much anymore. I need inspiration and motivation to do more. Please scroll through the photos to see what I like to make. if there’s anything you’d like to see.
