"Phoned Angela on the request of our chimney sweep and she was really helpful in finding us the right rope set for our log burner. We weren't sure of the size so the next day, she looked up the registration for our burner at our address to establish which one it was, then ordered the parts for our chimney sweep to collect from her that week - excellent service and would recommend these guys and would use them again."
