Usually we’re behind the scenes shaping other brands. This time, we turned the lens on ourselves.

BIA HQ, designed the same way we approach every project. Plans pinned to the wall, polaroids from site, materials in hand.
Ideas tested, moved and then tested again. Trusting in gut reactions and the process.

This carousel is the anatomy of it all. The thinking, the palette, the atmosphere we built our own office around. Our inner city office in a gritty northern mill is almost complete.

Turns out designing for yourself is a little like therapy.. just with more samples on the table! We can’t wait to welcome you for in person presentations 🖤

We’re hiring.

Brand Interior Agency is offering a Paid Internship in commercial interior design.

This is a part-time role (2 days per week), designed to flex around your studies. You’ll be working in our Manchester City centre office on live projects, gaining real exposure to how brand, strategy and space come together in commercial interiors.

Details
• Paid internship
• 2 days per week (flexible around studies)
• Initial 3-month placement starting February 2026 with potential to continue over the summer and beyond into a permanent role.
• Manchester-based office. No hybrid or remote applicants.
• Aimed at current 2nd or 3rd year interior design students

Requirements
• A solid technical skill for your current level of study
• Vectorworks experience is essential (other design software won’t work for us)
• Experience with Adobe, Photoshop, and Enscape is advantageous
You’ll join a small team passionate about brand-led commercial interiors, where every project tells a story through space.

As part of the application, shortlisted candidates will complete a design task to test both creative thinking and technical skill. No fluff. Just how you think and how you execute.
