Been busy planning this week for teaching yoga on the Know Body retreat this Saturday with Tamsin Haskins at the Truleigh Centre 💕 Really looking forward to it 💕 Using some of my favourite books for inspiration - The Inspired Yoga Teacher by Gabrielle Harris Yoga and Mudras for Modern life by Swami Saradananda both of which I highly recommend 🪷✨
