Decided to go for one of my wanders today , I was going to an auction , but changed my mind- on the bottom of a shelf in a charity shop almost out of site near the counter, I see a terracotta coloured box with some decoration on, so I pull it out, , realise it has contents in, so I lift the lid and lovely, inside this fitted box- it’s a lacquered chinese box, is a complete, in amazing condition, full set of Canton Rose famille sweet meat dishes from around 1895-1910- beautiful. Up for sale - £695 OVNO.

23 years ago within the next 54 minutes , over 3200 people were tragically killed in the worst terrorist attack ever seen- right about now as your reading this the first plane was flown into the south tower of the trade Center in America- within the next 15 minutes the second hit the north tower, by around 10am they did not stand, Take a minute to realise and think how fragile life is and give a thought to the thousands around the world that were and still are affected these years later and always will be- RIP all the innocent that went to wk that morning to do a job, to help others and those traveling x🙏
