I've done quite a bit of work for this colour and pattern loving customer, so I kind of know what to expect when she pops up with a new project for me. But this fabric is off-the-scale gorgeous 😍 It is going to look incredible on this antique bed surround, a Maximlist's dream. Can't wait to get it finished for her!

A big chair but a smallish job for me, because I'm not reupholstering the whole chair 😅 The old leather has a beautiful patina that you only get with age, so the customer just wants the worst bits repaired.

As I say in the video, normally you have to remove the outside panels to get into the frame to secure the pieces that cover the inside of the chair. But in this case I don't think those outside panels would survive being unpicked and I'd end up having to replace them too! So I've come up with another solution which I think will satisfy the customer and give the chair a lot more years.

So check back in a few days and see what I come up with...
