At last! seed sowing has begun 👏 only a few……the rest will be done early march….
While waiting for the sun to return all the other winter jobs I wanted to do have been delayed by back injury 😩
It’s definitely been a wake up call to look after myself a bit better and now fully realise how having back trouble can make this line of work nearly impossible to do.
But, I’m 5 weeks in and things are slowly correcting themselves 🥳
Along with that mice or voles……or mice and voles working together have been munching on the tulips 😩….I have covered them up the same way every year with no probs before, then this year they found a way in…never thought it would happen and suppose I took it for granted that I’d found the perfect way to protect them from the little darlings 🐁 🤬
So this year has not gotten off to the best of starts, but the suns meant to be out over the next two days 🥳🌞 so cutting back Wisteria and Willow will begin, jobs with no bending involved 👏
