One of the jobs we’re running this week, we have split our fitting teams during this busy week and this is the current progress on a large local academy that we work with.

This is over 100m2 of 22mm Junkers SylvaSport beech sprung flooring in a dance studio - not your everyday install these ones.

Another recently completed large domestic project by BG Flooring (NE) Ltd.

For this installation, we supplied and fitted Textures herringbone LVT in the colour Weathered Oak, delivering a clean, modern finish across a large residential space. The client also opted for a pinstripe border which our in house fitters did on site.

Subfloor preparation was key to achieving the final result. We used a combination of FG plywood and Ardex compounds to ensure a smooth, level base ready for installation—setting the standard for both durability and appearance.

We also supplied and installed a landing and staircase using a flatweave with black taped edges and Stair-rods to match.

A great outcome and another quality install completed.

🚧 Recently Completed: Hospital Staircase Project 🏥

We’ve recently completed a staircase refurbishment in a busy hospital environment — a project that required detailed planning, careful coordination, and strict adherence to site protocols to minimise disruption.

Scope of works included:
✔️ Supply and installation of high-performance Tarkett iQ Granit sheet vinyl flooring
✔️ Installation of durable, compliant stair nosings by Genesis
✔️Adhesives and floor prep materials from ARDEX UK
✔️ Careful phasing of works to maintain safe access at all times

Another successful large commercial gym project completed 💪

Recent makeover at Durham Cricket in Chester-le-street 🏏

🟦We supplied and installed Likewise Floors extra heavy duty ribbed matting to stand up to the cricket spike traffic in the newly refurbished changing rooms.

🟨We used F. ball & Co Ltd smoothing compounds and adhesives on this one.
