Day 30 of making my home 1% better everyday and today its decluttering my children's draws!

Prepare to be underwhelmed 🤣

I've removed half a bin liner full but it still seems rather full 😅. The draws do now close though without me fighting them 🤣.

Day 29 of making my home 1% better everyday and I'm so happy with today!

I've done my dressing table top. No matter how much I've scrubbed this I had like tiny ring mark stains ALL OVER. It felt raised to touch so still no idea what caused it!

I had an old bottle of Bar Keepers friend, I've never used it before but what rock have I lived under! It's amazing!!

Day 28 of making my home 1% better everyday and today was a quick redo of the silicone!

I did a good clean in the bathroom last week but kept looking at the messy silicone so thought why not redo this!

It's made such a difference and was one of the quickest jobs I've done 😅

Day 27 of making my home 1% better everyday and today is limescale and a little mould removal 🤢.

I have only just started to use some of the HG range and I'm impressed! It's removed all the limescale! I also didn't know Cif was still made so tried it 🤣

Day 26 of making my home 1% better everyday until Christmas and today I f**ked up 🤣

My Daughter got black hair dye on our bathroom cabinet, I took to Google and tried 3 ways but none worked and I've made it worse 🙄.

The cabinet is clean but the stain looks awful! I tried:

Hairspray ❌️
Bi Carb & Vinegar ❌️
Bi Carb & washing up liquid ❌️

Open to any ideas to repair this 😅. I don't want to paint it as I'd like to remove it next year. I feel it now looks worse, clean but patchy 😕

Day 25 of making my home 1% better everyday until Christmas and I've done a deep clean of the interior door.

The hook had fallen off and was stored in a cupboard for 2 years, why I left it that long I'll never know 🤣. Finally repaired this!

Day 24 of making my home 1% better everyday and today its a deep clean of the windows!

This is a wooden window so I tried with a steamer first before trying any paint...Just a good clean and renewed the silicone and it's like a new window! No paint needed 🙌.

I have used a Karcher window vac for years...it saves time and leaves the glass sparkling. It saves me buffing and my arms aching 🤣✨️

Day 23 of making my home 1% better everyday and today I have tried to clean a chandelier with a steam cleaner! It actually worked and now I'm addicted to the steamer 🤣.

I do have a bathroom rated light fitting so maybe don't try this on a normal light fitting 😅.
I have bought a BARGAIN steam cleaner from Amazon that holds more water, lasts longer and is more powerful...I sound so old 😅
