I can't believe it's nearly the end of August! We're on the countdown for back to school here and I think the next week will fly by.

Our first and last day signs have been popular recently as they're perfect for that first day at school photo (for us it's mandatory to be by the front door!)

It's been a while since my last post but as expected the summer holidays are the time of year that all plans fly out the window!
Add to the mix another round of building work at home too which means website building and design development are still waiting patiently for me! 🙈
I am however able to share a custom frame I made recently which was a sweet wedding gift.
The combination of oak text and dark frame will always be a favourite of mine.

There's been a recent announcement from Royal Mail stating that the frequency of their Second Class postal service is being reduced.

Second Class letters will be delivered every other weekday (Monday to Friday) and their aim will be to deliver this mail within three weekdays. Over a two week cycle, mail will arrive Monday, Wednesday and Friday one week, and on Tuesday and Thursday the following week.

Second class post will also no longer be delivered on Saturdays.

A large majority of my products are sent via Second Class so I thought it was important to highlight these changes and mention that their First Class and Tracked (24 & 48) services will not be affected by this update.

If you require your order soon after purchasing, I'd highly recommend upgrading your postage to either First Class or a Tracked service prior to checkout.

10 points for knowing the word in red!
A customer recently ordered one of my Daddy handprint hanging plaques but requested a different word in acrylic.
I'm more than happy to make adjustments like this so don't hesitate to get in touch if there's something you like but want it tweaked in some way.
Don't forget it also comes with a cardboard template to have a practice run of the painted handprints!
