Lots to see, the award winning amazing Bassetts Butchers Ilfracombe, Pedlars Of Ilfracombe serving the community for over 100 years, stop of at ThriftFull Ilfracombe for eco supplies, grab a coffee and breakfast at Annie and the Flint - Ilfracombe, The Cabin Ilfracombe or Sage Cottage Tearoom.

Stroll around The ATTIC, lots of interesting finds. See the Ilfracombe Book Shop, more than just books. Spend an hour at Venture Games Ilfracombe or the Embassy Cinema Ilfracombe. Visit Fore Street and see Lucia’s Pantry and of course, an autumnal stroll around Bicclescombe Mill and lunch.

Whatever you do, have a nice weekend folks.

On display we have an Admiraty chart, number 1164, Ilfracombe to Knap Head (including Lundy) dated 1969. Approx 40"x28". Unframed.

Pedlars Of Ilfracombe ThriftFull Ilfracombe Venture Games Ilfracombe Bassetts Butchers Ilfracombe Annie and the Flint - Ilfracombe Ilfracombe Book Shop The ATTIC and of course there’s the Embassy Cinema Ilfracombe and we can’t forget Bicclescombe Mill to see the changes from summer to autumn and maybe have a coffee or lunch.

Taken from atlas, The Theatre of the Empire of Great Britaine.
Hand coloured and in exceptional condition.
John Speed created the first world atlas by an Englishman.

The Mighty Atom by Marie Corelli, First Edition 1896.

A nice reading copy. Set in the village of Combe Martin, it explores the spiritual corruption of a young lad subjected to a godless, materialistic education.

The novel was a massive success at the time and bought a wave of tourists to the village.
