“We’ve just had such an amazing experience with Carters Prestige.

Knocking out a wall in our very old house was no small event for us, and after all the other renovations were completed, the floor was the final piece of the puzzle.

From the moment we first met Dom and the team in the shop on Bath Street, we knew we were going to be in good hands. They had a fantastic selection of LVT, there was absolutely no pressure from a sales point of view, and we left with a very competitive quote in hand.

Fast forward to fitting day — they arrived exactly when they said they would, were polite, friendly and helpful throughout, and left absolutely no mess behind.

And to top all of that off, we simply can’t believe how fantastic the floor looks! We are absolutely delighted with the finished result and genuinely couldn’t recommend Carters Prestige highly enough.

Proud Mum & Dad moment 💜⚽

Seeing our little girl, already being part of The The Manor Foundation girls football family is something really special.

This weekend she got to take it one step further and be a mascot for Ilkeston Town FC and what an absolutely fantastic day she had! ⚽

The Manor girls were brilliant with her as always, making her feel like one of the team and letting her enjoy every second of the experience.

Football mad, and already making some incredible memories. 💜⚽
