Although the customer hated the dark, gloomy original kitchen , it was just too good to replace altogether. Our solution? Give it a bright modern makeover and we all simply love, love, love the results!😍
We attacked the water stained ceiling with Zinsser BIN Aqua primer followed by two coats of Tikkurila AR2. Walls finished in Dulux Trade Vinyl matt in Frosted Steel. Woodwork freshened up with PBW Dulux Trade Quick Dry Satinwood.
Cabinetry was degreased, sanded and primed in Tikkurila Otex Akva, then finished in Tikkurila Helmi 30 in Deco Grey colour 1922. Tiles were prepped and finished in Tikkurila Luja in white.
Goodbye dark & dull, hello bright, light space 😎🙌

Here’s a quick revisit to a bay window refresh we carried out when the sun was shining ☀️a few weeks ago. We fully prepared the window for painting by filling and repairing some damage followed by undercoating with Dulux Trade Weathershield Flexible Undercoat and completing this classic two-tone finish in Dulux Trade Weathershield Quick Dry High Gloss in Jet black and PBW which has perfectly presented these beautiful original stained glass windows 😎

We’ve absolutely loved being part of this kitchen transformation over the past week🥰. Originally a small kitchen and separate dining room, the adjoining wall has been removed to create this stunner! The green cabinets are ‘oh so dramatic’ with the walls being colour matched to the sage green of the island.🫶. All ready for the second fix electrics and plumbing early this week 👍. Ceiling finished in Tikkurila Anti-Reflex 2, walls in Dulux Trade Diamond Matt custom colour and woodwork in Dulux Trade Quick Dry Satinwood

Here’s a kitchen and utility area installation by Ramsey's which we painted a couple of weeks ago. The customer wanted cool whites to add the feeling of light and space to this north facing room. Paired with this wood effect flooring we think the results are fabulous 🤩

Last weeks job was to paint this ultra sleek, ultra stylish kitchen from Ramsey's 😎🤩. The feeling of cool and calm was further enhanced with Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt in PBW for ceilings and walls with a fabulous sharp feature in Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt in Black where the internal wall had been removed to result in such a great space for entertaining. Woodwork finished in Dulux Trade Quick Drying Satinwood in PBW.

Wow, what a transformation on this HSL!! The customer opted for walls and ceiling in a combination of Dulux Trade Diamond Matt in Just Walnut & Dewy Lawn to provide durability and wipeable surfaces in this heavy traffic area. The banisters feature a series of obscure glass panels which the customer really dislikes so we’ve primed and painted them to match the woodwork in Dulux Trade Satinwood in Timeless. She also had concerns about keeping the handrails looking clean and fresh so we’ve picked them out in Dulux Trade Satinwood in Pine Needle - the result? One very happy customer 😃

The cladding on this converted Cart Hovel farm building has now weathered and is ready for some colour and weather protection. We’ve coated it using Sikkens Cetol Novatech in this contemporary grey - now it’s ready for practically anything! ☀️🌧️❄️

Here’s an example of what happens when preparation isn’t properly completed by the previous painter. Without properly preparing new plaster for painting you can expect the surface to fail as shown here. There was no other option but to strip the peeling paint and start again from scratch. Do it right, do it once 👍

How cool 😎 does this HSL look with its paint refresh?! Ceilings and walls were painted in Dulux Trade Vinyl Silk in PBW, followed by a good coating of Dulux Trade High Gloss in PBW to take that yellowing panelling to serious WOW 🤩 status.
Huge job with loads of preparation but sooooo worth it for these results 👌

Another beautiful Ramsey's kitchen installation which we had the pleasure of painting back in June. Lots of careful preparation on the existing dark wood doors and architraves to bring them bang up to date with a cool coordinating Dulux Trade PBW High Gloss. Walls were given 2 solid coats of Dulux Trade Diamond Matt in Polished Pebble to ensure a durable finish for this busy family kitchen. Oooh and a nifty little filler repair to the rotten leg of the pantry door frame to make it as good as new again 😎👌
