Made by the Forge Made by the Forge offers a personal, friendly service with all pieces being made to order for you.

Made by the Forge is proud that their products are made to last and handcrafted in their Suffolk forge. The company was founded in 2006 by farrier and blacksmith Richard Fishenden and myself, his wife and business partner, Juliet. Richard honed his expert blacksmith’s skills to specialise in exceptional ironwork for the home. Our passion for the very highest quality is our continued inspiration to produce practical and attractive products that will last a lifetime. Individual hammer marks visible on the metalwork made by our blacksmiths’ hammers make every item unique. We supply to a growing clientele including top interior designers and some very important individuals. We believe everyone is important to us, which is why our customer service is at the highest standard – just like our products. We offer a personal, friendly service and will make every effort to make sure the pieces made for you are perfect for your own interior spaces.

Luxury is in the details. discussing how our ironwork is such a fantastic addition to the interior schemes he is involved in. Now the weather has broken and with ever increasing energy bills we are planning on getting cosy by adding door poles to our list for additional warmth and elegance, beautiful fabrics which are just divine every time you touch or look at them and bespoke craftsmanship at every turn.
