Happy Sunday folks! I went to the most fabulous wedding yesterday and got to snap this pic of my fancy new (finished and blocked) cardigan. So on the theme of celebration I thought I’d share some stats from the first season of our Social Stitch meet-ups in Woodbridge.
This week (Monday 13th) marks our 7th meet-up, and the last session before we take a break for the summer. I’m so very grateful to everyone who has followed, attended meet-ups, joined the mailing list and supported this fledgling idea, finding my local crafty tribe, making new friends and sharing crafting time learning and laughing with you all is a highlight in my week and really makes me look forward to Monday mornings. Thank you all for making this new venture what it is so far, and I hope you’re as excited as I am to see where we can take things this Autumn.
Our meet-ups might be taking a break but rest assured I’ll be working behind the scenes on making things bigger and better come September so watch this space!
Don’t forget you can find us The Boathouse from 10:30 on Monday and Boundless Creativity all day on Su day 19th, then keep an eye on socials for as-hoc summer meetings.
