Social Stitch comes to on Monday 1st June! Join us from 10:30am - 12noon for Woodbridge’s newest crafty social event. 🧶 🪡

Whether you’re a knitting novice a crochet pro, or a seasoned embroiderer, there’s a space for you at our table. Bring your own project, buy a drink and sit with us for a bit of digital detox to start your week.

If you’re a new crafter or don’t have a work-in-progress, you’ll still be welcomed, and maybe we can inspire you to try something new. 💖

POV: You traded doomscrolling for a different kind of rhythm. 🧶✨

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week. We all have a story to tell; here's mine...

Before the Social Stitch, my evenings were a cycle of doomscrolling and mindless snacking. My hands were busy, but my mind was loud. I started stitch-crafts because I needed to outrun the screen (and it’s hard to reach for the biscuits when you’re mid-row!).

The rhythmic action of yarn over needles has become my sanctuary. It’s my ancient medicine for a very modern problem. It calms my busy mind, helps me rest better, and finally lets me find a path to sleep that doesn’t involve a blue-light glow. 🌙

I’m building Social Stitch to bring this sense of calm to our Woodbridge community at The Boathouse. 23 of you have already filled out our survey to help make this official - thank you!
