Woodpark Ruawai, overall breed Champion at Doune and Dunblane show.Very pretty moorit ewe lamb with a lovely fleece. Reserve Champ was the white tup lamb, his sire Ivydene Patronus was Quests sire too

Packing up the car tonight.Dumfries Agricultural show tomorrow. As usual, a great chance to stock up on yarns,add to the winter stash!! Or even buy a sheepskin as a Christmas present. Pocketmoney jewellry in the shape of sheep, sheepy scarves...mugs, raw shetland fleece for carding. Come into the craft tent and say hello :)

Packing up the van tonight ready for heading to Dingwall tomorrow. www.highlandwoolfestival.co.uk. Having 2 nights at the caravan park. Plenty of raw/carded Shetland fleece, jacob and Shetland yarns and blends, skins from Shetland,
Hebridean, Boreray, Herdwick and North Ronaldsay available for £40 upwards.Bits and bobs are drop spindles, sheepy toys and hand made sheepy brooches.Plenty of info on shetlands/fleece use and breed information/society available.Hope the showers don't keep the visitors away. A day at Dingwall on 21st of May for Highland Wool festival.All the usual goodies yarn wise, and some handmade fridgemagnets and sheepy jewellry. Craft table booked at Dumfries Show on Saturday 6th August too
