Big THANK YOU to everyone who supported me at the Artizan Market on Saturday. So appreciate your support, it means the world.

Here are a few of Saturday's favourites :-

Cornish pasties (now with swede) sold out in the first half hour
Apple Pie - even making double amount, sold out by mid morning.
Millionaire shortbread - sold out (will make double next month - but if you can't wait that long, message me 😊)
Cheesecakes - sold out
Raspberry & white chocolate cups - sold out (super delicious warmed slightly with a little pouring cream)
Fruit cake - sold out
Vanilla sponge - sold out
GF chocolate chip cookies - sold out
Plus I several gf savouries (pre-ordered).

Well, it's been quite a week. Last Friday I started feeling unwell & by Sunday I was rough. A quick online consult to the GP, and yup you're sick - so strong antibiotics for 5 days & plenty of rest.

So folks, today I've managed to do some baking (as I was no longer infectious from last night) but don't have the energy for loads.
Few different things this week so be sure to pop along to the Artizan Market at the Watermark on Saturday, 9.30am-1pm

There won't be as many savouries this week. I don't have the strength. Also, I'm making a slight change to my pasties....I will be including swede in them as this is a digestion aid I'm told. (My Cornish Gran never put swede in hers but, but if it helps digestion, I'm in.)

Please remember if you can't make the market you can contact me to reserve what you'd like to collect from me at home later in the day.
