Time to get excited (since majority of the framing has been done now 😅)!

Dave Stewart Page and I are coming back to Seas the Day run by the amazing Garden House at the end of this month - 28th of August to be precise - for another week of showing our work (paintings and the lens based on), so if you fancy coming round to say hello, have a chat or a cuppa, we will be there daily until the 3rd of September 😊

Some exciting new work has been made for this pop-up exhibition and we cannot wait to be back in our favourite town of Cromer 🥰🥰

Hopefully, we will see you there!

Now, back to painting frames 😂😂

Currently exhibiting at the Class of ‘25 & Friends show at Footprint Gallery in beautiful Jackfield, Shropshire.

Selection of my small, medium and large abstract pieces as well as photography prints, as without the realism of the photography, I wouldn’t be able to ditch all the ideas and concepts to create my abstract pieces.

The show is on until next Sunday the 26th of July.

Workshop on abstract expressionism and painting without subject matter is on Saturday the 25th at 11:15am with some spaces still left.

If you are in the area, pop round to say hello and see the amazing work of other incredible artists!

Hopefully see you next weekend ☺️

MINI AND UNFRAMED

I have added a few of new and not so new works to the website, and these are original paintings that won’t hurt your wallet!

Art is important, without art our soul and sensitivity decreases and everyone should be able to surround themselves with some.

All of these are unframed original acrylics - 4x4” - so you can frame or display as you wish (do not recommend using them as mug coasters though even though the size is perfect).

£25 including postage in the UK - from left to right:

vision eleven
vision twelve
vision thirteen
vision fourteen
vision fifteen
vision sixteen
vision seventeen
vision eighteen
vision nineteen
vision twenty
vision twenty one
vision twenty two

Certificates of authenticity included with every single one of them.

The boost of creativity today was incredible!

Winter in Trimingham is finished.

Quite a wonderful story behind this.

We have decided to spent Christmas 2025 in North Norfolk but with all the rough seas, blistering winds, wild waves and angry skies we were spending most of the time in a chalet, which resulted in an idea to paint the memory of that week as it was unfolding.

We didn’t take any painting materials or canvases with us, so when we went to see Antonia in Holt, Andrea was there too and kindly sorted us out with the amazing framed panels!

So, now over a month later, I got there in the end.

15x15cm acrylic on wooden panel in white deep frame.

Quite nice to reminisce on that week today, with the grey and miserable weather outside. It might have been cold and windy back then but boy, it made me feel alive!

What a wonderful opening evening of the Cosmic Thread project to commemorate 80th anniversary of led by exceptional !

It was so lovely to bump into that has welcomed us to her table during the excellent textile workshop with Anne in June last year, and amazingly her square was next to Dave's!

Really proud to be a part of this project.

Abstract forever and once again huge thank you to Anne for creating this project and being such a wonderful and patient tutor.

The exhibition is open to public until 27th of March 2026 and is well worth a visit to see all 10 community quilts and Anne's masterpiece 😍
