Next up… we’re at the mill, and this is Victoria!
Victoria has been with us since 2023 but before that she was one of Modo’s best and most loyal customers. She cares almost more than we do about the quality of our products and very little gets past her expert eye 👀 . As a core customer she’s a especially useful when we’re developing new products as her seal of approval is a very good sign 💪
She can be surrounded by mountains of packing and post, with a to-do list as long as her arm, and somehow she’s still smiling and noticing any mistakes 🤗
She’s adaptable, completely unflappable and works across both the mill and the shop — where our bricks and mortar customers absolutely love her. She’s just a total joy and delight to work with ❤️
It clearly runs in the family too… last Christmas her young daughter helped her out at one of our late-night shopping events, and the first thing she said when she opened her eyes the next morning was, “Mum, we mustn’t forget that lady’s sign order!” 😂
