A recent staircase installation demonstrating how the colour and texture of flooring can dramatically change the aesthetic of an area.

Replacing the teal twist-pile carpet with a light, two-tone, loop-pile carpet immediately transformed this space, giving it a more contemporary, luxurious feel. The new carpet also feels absolutely amazing to walk on too, so a win all round!

Couldn't resist showcasing some beautiful carpets in shades similar to the beautiful dhalias I picked yesterday! ❤️🧡💛

We are big fans of Ulster Grange and York carpets as they are amazing quality (80/20 wool/nylon mix) meaning they will look great for a very long time.

They also come in 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 metre widths, meaning there should be little waste - even when carpeting small areas.

For those who may not be fans of bright colours, they come in a range of neutral colours too!

Proof you can get the luxe look, without breaking the bank!

We know that budgets can become tight towards the end of rennovations and/or new builds, but that doesn't mean you have to compromise on the finished look or feel or your carpets.

We have carpets across all price points, so we can definitely always find something to match your budget, whilst achieveing your desired aesthetic.

Get in touch to see how we might be able to help you! We have a large showroom in Kendal, or we can come to you.

Over the school holidays we helped Carr Construction turn an unused space at Bentham primary school in to some great toilets for the children. We are known for our high levels of fitting and service on domestic properties but we do bring that same level of fitting to our commercial jobs as well. If you have any commercial projects you’d like us undertake please get in touch and we’d be happy to help because we believe all jobs deserve the same level of expertise and attention to detail.

Whilst many of you will be enjoying bank holiday activities tomorrow, as it's been so busy of late, we're going to open the shop (Monday 31st August) between 10am - 3pm.

The idea is that I catch up with some admin. However, if you do want to call in to browse and discuss flooring options for a project you are considering, it would be wonderful to see you!
