You know we like a bit of a flooring change in our showroom 🥰

The lads have been busy again giving the showroom a little refresh, including this lovely V4 engineered oak flooring with an antique brass inlay — such a nice detail (V4 Amberwood Plank UNP206)

We’ve also installed the new Quick-Step Herringbone Impressive range, and it’s been great seeing it all come together in the space.

A busy week, a few new floors down, and some really lovely finishes to enjoy in the showroom. 🤎

Rooms wanting a refresh?

We have our beautiful Mullin Twist, affordable, durable domestic carpet with a tight twist-pile construction. The tighter pile gives it a neat finish and helps it retain its appearance better than a deep Saxony.

Perfect for any room in the house.

Happy birthday to our amazing directors!

Thought we’d have some fun this year and see what they’d look like in the 80’s 🤣

We’ve recently had our office floor updated so thought we would share the installation process!

A quality LVT floor starts long before the first plank is laid. Here’s a look at the 4 key stages we follow to get the perfect finish:

1️⃣ Uplift
We remove the existing flooring and adhesive, exposing the subfloor so it can be properly assessed and prepared.

2️⃣ DPM
Where required, a Damp Proof Membrane (DPM) is applied to help control residual moisture within the subfloor and protect the finished flooring.

3️⃣ Screed
A suitable smoothing/levelling compound is applied to create a smooth, flat and sound surface. This stage is crucial for achieving a professional finish and preventing imperfections from showing through the LVT.

4️⃣ Installation
Once the subfloor is fully prepared, the LVT is carefully installed, with attention to layout, cuts, joints and detailing to achieve a clean, precise finish. 🔥

The preparation underneath is just as important as the flooring you see on top!

Quality preparation. Precise installation. Professional finish 👌🏼
