Another busy week in the workshop! 🛠️

​First up on the block tomorrow morning is this Herald Hunter 8. It's getting fully sandblasted back to bare metal and given a complete top to bottom refurbishment including new brick set, all new seals throughout & brand new glass.

​Keeping it classic and timeless in black for the customer. We're turning this around fast ready to drop back off this Saturday morning! 🔥

​There is something incredibly special about restoring a piece of family history! This beautiful 32-year-old stove originally belonged to our customer’s parents. He vividly remembers the day it was installed when he was just a kid. 🪵🔥

​When it came into our workshop, the goal wasn't to change it, it was to honor those memories.

​We kept its classic roots with a sleek charcoal finish and gave the exterior a complete premium freshen-up. Now, it’s ready to keep the next generation warm for decades to come! They truly don't make them like they used to. 💼✨

​This vintage Waterford Stanley was discontinued in 1970. No parts available, a cracked flue collar, and missing pieces.

​Over 4 stages and two weeks, we:
​Shifted the massive 336kg unit for access.
​Fabricated a brand new rear blanking plate from scratch.

​Welded the cracked cast-iron flue collar.
​Completed a full service and stunning cosmetic refurbishment.
