Today’s work done by Scott and his apprentice Kieran 👏

Moduleo Roots 55 Triana tile with a Rose Gold design strip🔥

This job was Feather finished on top of existing plywood.

The tiles were laid in a brick bond design and a border created using the Rose Gold design strip. Finished off with a brush silverdoor bar from Kensington. ✨

Bank holiday weekend = Bankfield Medical Centre in Ayr, and a full floor replacement ☺️

Given how busy medical practices are, this was an ideal time for work to be carried out, meaning no disruption to patient services.

It was essential that flooring selected met with industry standards and was fitted with maximum regard to health, safety and hygiene.

We removed furniture, uplifted and disposed of old carpet tiles, fully prepped subfloor and fitted with Polyfloor Architex...a perfect solution for this type of premises.

Thanks to the team for sacrificing the long weekend, and for such a professional finish, as always 👏

After building work, this floor was running at different levels throughout. We were asked to even it across the lounge, dining area, bedroom and ensuite to make the home more accessible.

A huge amount of prep, using cement, screed, flexi screed and 6mm ply, was required before fitting Polyfloor Architex.

Thanks so much for the 5 star review Steven, it was a real pleasure to be of service 😊

'After extensive renovations, I needed complex sub-floor preparation followed by install of new flooring.

The service provided by KH Flooring has been exceptional. Every step of the way, Kevin and his team have been outstanding in terms of communication, efficiency, professionalism and working standards. The result is stunning and I am so very thankful I chose them for this job.'
