Update to Company Procedures

Our WhatsApp has been disabled! We will not reply / respond to any business on this platform from this date unless prior agreed with the client.

Our working hours 'including ALL admin has been reduced with immediate effect to Monday - Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. All email enquiries for new work will be responded to within 14 days of receipt and to note, any 'direct messages' received out of hours (ie WhatsApp, Text message or Messenger) will not speed up this process.

We will not under ANY circumstances work for cash or outside of the correct business dealings.

Our terms and conditions have been renewed following legal advice received on the 24th of April 2026 and will be applied with immediate effect on all new and existing work. We will advise all existing projects of the updates in due course.

For all new enquiries, Please do not contact us if all you need is free advice! We do not provide this and will not attend a site visit until certain criteria is met.

Above all else, all work enquires received from this day will only be answered if an architect / designer has been 'or will be' involved either via Heritage Windows or under seperate contract, strictly following the same route as the Construction Industries CDM regulations 2015.

All grade 1 and grade 2 listed projects MUST involve their local conservation officer in the event of either gaining permission to restore or application to replace and we will not work for anyone unless a scope of works is provided by a seperatly appointed specialist.

Hopefully this will reduce the amount of enquiries received by 2/3rds and any property owner hoping to deceive the correct process will be reported

We supply and install a 3mm Restoration glass on site and with the windows in situ. This glass is accepted by conservation in repairing and restoring Grade 2 listed windows. With original 'Cylinder Blown Sheet' glass mostly unavailable these days, this product gives a very similar appearance to the desired wobbly / wavey finish.

As i type, Cooper Rushen is still only 15 years old! He turns 16 this month and has been signed by not just 1 top league team (King's Lynn Stars) but is also riding for Poole in Dorset and Leszno in Poland.

Very excited to follow Coopers progress through his first season in top flight speedway and we're delighted to be able to support such an incredibe talent.
