We are dealers and approved warranty agents for all major sewing machine brands; Bernina, Brother, Janome, Pfaff, Husqvarna, Juki and Babylock and also sell refurbished used machines. As well as carrying out servicing and repairs in our workshop, we are the only official warranty agent for Babylock in the UK. We sell online at www.sewingmachineworld.co.uk and offer Free Delivery on all machines, with our unique return to base warranty terms. Our friendly team have the knowledge to help you find the perfect machine, or with trouble shooting should problems occur. We also offer one to one tuition on all new machines purchased in store. Steve swapped the shop floor for the classroom this week! 🧵

As the UK's only official Babylock manufacturer approved warranty agent, we look after Babylock warranty work for the whole country. So when Babylock wanted to train up a few dealers, they asked Steve to come in and share what he knows.

The covers came off, the screwdrivers came out, and everyone got stuck right into the inner workings. Steve walked the group through it all, from the air jet threading to the tiny details that keep a machine stitching beautifully for years.

It's a real privilege to help raise the standard of Babylock care across the UK, Thank you to Babylock for having us, and to everyone who came along!

And with that, the Bernina trip is coming to a close.

We walked the factory floor, explored decades of sewing machine history in their own museum, and got hands on with the new B790 Ultra and the new L6 overlocker range. It was brilliant meeting the people behind the machines we sell every day, swapping ideas with other dealers, and picking up plenty of inspiration to bring home to the shop.

Huge thanks to the whole Bernina team for having us. Watch this space for what we learned!
