It’s been a while since I posted on here so I thought would take this opportunity to reintroduce myself as I try my best to become active again!!

So Hello!! I’m Fi, the creator and hand pourer of the aromatherapy candles I make and sell!

I am a 36 year old mum of 2, and have another on the way! We love the outdoors and making memories together!

I love a crafty hobby. But I’m not very good at sticking to them and getting “good” at them! But I will dip in and out when inspiration strikes!

I started Poured By Fi back in 2020 from our garden shed, with the hope of helping people find their calm, through self care and aromatherapy. Each blend I have created helps people with different things and I want to show that self care can be super simple and doesn’t need a whole load of effort!

November dump 📸

I had such a lovely November filled with various forms of self care including Mclfy Vs Busted, solo walks, matching tattoos with my mum and sister, a lovely workshop and many many amazing family memories made!
