JUST PENCILLING OUT A DRSIGN.... This is for a forthcoming Craft Birthday party event for 10 young crafters.

The birthday girl wanted buttons & Woodslices...

So we are doing Dolphines on Woodslices and flamingos in buttons!

Just a couple of designs of the dolphins to kick off their imaginations!

It's just over a week, so I need to get all the materials together!

It's cooled down significantly today but get gets warmer at the end of the week!

FINAL HALLOWEEN CAT (on Woodslice).....

I always do an outline in a paint pen & then fill in with a brush.

To give it extra texture.... i've used black pebbles!

FINISHING TOUCHES.... ....Continuing with Woodslices for Week 1 of the Autumn Term.

For the older crafting crew members, we will be experimenting with merging paint for a background.

This p***y cat has a very gentle merged effect for the background.

What do you think???

FINAL WOODSLICE PROJECT.... Here is 'JACK O' LATERN' pumpkin for '27.

I always like to do a new version for each year!

First, I prep the woodslice, then I pencil an outline.... then do the outline in black & the fun part comes - inter fill the black!

What do you think of '27 version?

SOMETHING GOR THE OLDER CRAFTERS (which will be Year 4 & 5).

I'm still continuing with the woodslices, but this time with some colour merging... which should be great fun for the older ones!

They can add a silhouette of anything they would like.... i've gone on the Halloween theme!

It's a bit cooler here in Kingston.

THESE LETTERS TURNED INTO A VERY SPECIAL GIFT >>>>>>>>>>>

SUMMER BUSY BEES..... These were part of the last few projects before the craft clubs broke up for Summer!

I always try to give a few variations to spark their imaginations (I always love to include a non-traditional colour, too).

Which one do you prefer?

WOOD SLICE PREPPING.... these have so many uses but these three are for the first week of the Auturm term project....

'WOODLAND ANIMALS' sliding into Halloween pumpkins!🎃

It's amazing how something so simple can look amazing!

But will the kids want to hand them as a decoration or put them on a stick??? Only time will tell!

Its a little cooler here but is welcome at my crafting table!
